Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in between page loads, and to remember your preferences.

2. Cookies we use

Aequus Archery uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

This cookie is HttpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript), Secure (sent only over HTTPS), and scoped to .aequusarchery.com. It is used solely to authenticate requests to the API and is not shared with any third party.

3. Third-party cookies

When you pay for a booking, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe’s checkout may set its own cookies in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Those cookies are outside our control and are governed by Stripe’s own cookie policy.

4. Consent

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, we are not required to obtain your consent before setting them under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). You cannot opt out of these cookies without losing access to features that require you to be signed in.

5. Managing cookies

You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. The links below explain how to do this in common browsers:

Note that blocking these cookies will prevent you from signing in to club portals or the platform administration area.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
